# Account setup and access

> Log in and set up your Commure Agents account.

The Agents dashboard operates in two environments: staging for testing and production for live patient calls.

| Environment | URL                          | Purpose                 |
| ----------- | ---------------------------- | ----------------------- |
| Staging     | `staging.agents.commure.com` | User acceptance testing |
| Production  | `agents.commure.com`         | Live patient calls      |

## Creating an account

New accounts require coordination with your Implementation Manager.

    Give your name and email address to your Implementation Manager.

  <Step title="Receive your temporary password">
    The engineering team adds you to the platform and sends a temporary password to your email.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Log in and set a permanent password">
    Use your email and temporary password to log in, then create a unique password to secure your account.
