# Access and account setup

> Activate your account and log in to the Memora platform.

The platform is accessible on any web browser or mobile device.

## First-time account activation

    You will receive an activation email from `no-reply@memorahealth.com`.

    Click **Activate your account** in the email and follow the prompts to create your password.

## Managing your password

### Changing your password

1. Navigate to **Account Settings** in the menu at the bottom left of the page.
2. Select **Change Password** from the additional menu that appears.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.

### Forgot password

Select **Forgot Password** on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account. The system sends a secure, time-limited reset link — use it to create and confirm a new password.

## Logging out

Sign out when your session is complete to protect patient health information per your organization's HIPAA requirements.

1. Navigate to **Account Settings** at the bottom left.
2. Click **Sign out**.
