# Account setup and access

> Log in, manage your password, and access the Engage platform.

The Engage platform is accessible through a web browser. We recommend using **Chrome** for the best experience.

## Accessing the platform

* **Production:** Access the platform directly through your **EHR instance** using the Engage add-on at `platform.rx.health`.

## First-time login

On your first login, create a unique password immediately to secure your account.

### Changing your password

    Hover over the left navigation panel and click your name at the bottom (e.g., "Test User").

  <Step title="Change your password">
    In the **Profile** section, select **Change Password** and follow the prompts to create a new password.

### Forgot password

Select **Forgot Password** on the login page to initiate a reset. A reset link will be sent to your email.

## Logging out

Sign out when your session is complete to protect patient health information per your organization's HIPAA requirements.
