First-time account activation

Check your email

You will receive an activation email from no-reply@memorahealth.com.

Activate your account

Click Activate your account in the email and follow the prompts to create your password.

Access the platform

Once activated, log in at secure.memorahealth.com.
Bookmark secure.memorahealth.com for quick access.

Managing your password

Changing your password

  1. Navigate to Account Settings in the menu at the bottom left of the page.
  2. Select Change Password from the additional menu that appears.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.

Forgot password

Select Forgot Password on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account. The system sends a secure, time-limited reset link — use it to create and confirm a new password.

Logging out

Sign out when your session is complete to protect patient health information per your organization’s HIPAA requirements.
  1. Navigate to Account Settings at the bottom left.
  2. Click Sign out.
