The platform is organized into three primary views: Dashboard, Action Items, and Patient Pages.

Dashboard

The dashboard is your central hub. Sort by Status to surface patients requiring immediate attention. You can filter and organize patients by Status, First Name, Last Name, and Doctor.

Action items

The Action Items page is a centralized task list showing all patient-related tasks that need care team attention. For each item you can see:
  • Associated patient
  • Severity level
  • Creation date
  • Category
  • Description

Managing action items

From any action item you can:
  • View complete item details
  • Reassign the task to another care team member
  • Send a notification via email or SMS
  • Resolve the item or save changes without closing

Filtering action items

AssignmentFilter by your tasks, team-wide tasks, or tasks assigned to a specific member
SeverityPrioritize by severity level
CategoryOrganize by category type
Use the checkmark button to quickly resolve items without opening the full detail view.
