Account setup and access

The Engage platform is accessible through a web browser. We recommend using Chrome for the best experience.

Accessing the platform

Production: Access the platform directly through your EHR instance using the Engage add-on at platform.rx.health.

On your first login, create a unique password immediately to secure your account.

Open the profile section

Hover over the left navigation panel and click your name at the bottom (e.g., “Test User”).

Change your password

In the Profile section, select Change Password and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Select Forgot Password on the login page to initiate a reset. A reset link will be sent to your email.

Sign out when your session is complete to protect patient health information per your organization’s HIPAA requirements.

Open the navigation panel

Hover over the left navigation panel.

Select logout

Click Logout at the bottom left.

Confirm

Click Logout again in the confirmation dialog.
