Each row on the dashboard represents a unique patient instance for an appointment or encounter. Columns organize patient details for quick review.

Patient data columns

Dashboards can display a variety of information. Commonly shown fields include:

The exact columns displayed depend on your dashboard configuration.

Filtering and searching

Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to narrow the patient population. After selecting filters, click Apply Filters. To clear them, select Remove Filters.

Search options

1. Free text search (magnifying glass) Filter by patient phone number, name, MRN, or CSN. Partial values work — search “Smi” to find “Smith”, or use the last 4 digits of a phone number. We recommend 3–4 characters for targeted results. 2. Appointment date Filter by past or future messages, or set a custom date range. 3. Engagement status Filter by patients who have or have not replied to confirm an appointment or engage with a pathway. 4. Language Filter by English or Spanish-speaking patients. 5. Communication method Filter by preferred communication method (SMS or call).
Attachments and wayfinding links are only supported through the SMS workflow.
6. Department Search by department name. Multiple departments can be selected at once.
