Patient profile

At the top of the panel you will see the patient’s identifying information:
  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • MRN
  • Email
  • Date of birth

Tabs

Messages

Two-way communication between coordinators and the patient. All messages sent and received for the appointment appear here in chronological order. Message timeline:
  • Responses from the system or care coordinators appear on the right.
  • Patient responses appear on the left.
  • Most recent messages are at the top; oldest are at the bottom.
Message status colors:
ColorMeaning
BlueQueued to be sent in the future
GreenSent successfully
RedRejected, canceled, or failed

Notes

Create internal notes on the patient’s profile. Notes are not sent to or viewable by the patient. Use them to record context for other coordinators.

Status history

Displays the detailed delivery timing and status of all messages within the workflow — a full audit trail for communication attempts.
