The Referrals page (/referrals) is the main desktop view. It shows all referrals your account has access to in a paginated table.

Searching

Use the search bar at the top of the page to find referrals by patient name. Search results update automatically as you type.

Filtering

Select Add filter to apply one or more filters to the queue. Filters are additive, meaning they can be combined to get very precise. Active filters appear as chips below the search bar. Select the × on a chip to remove that filter. Available filter dimensions include status, branch, team, referral source, coordinator, decision, and date ranges.

Sorting

Select a column header to sort by that column. Select again to reverse the sort direction. Sorting is server-side — the full dataset is sorted, not just the current page. Sortable columns: Patient Name, Received, Discharge Date, Branch, Team, Status.

Pagination

The table shows 15 referrals per page by default. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages. Your current page is saved in the URL, so you can share or bookmark a specific page.

Opening a referral

Select any row to open the referral detail view for that referral.
Use the Status filter set to “Needs Review” to quickly surface referrals that require your attention.
