First-Time Log-In Guide

The Agents Dashboard is available in staging and production. All User Acceptance Testing (UAT) will be done in the staging environment. Once the changes have been tested and approved, they will be pushed to the production environment, where all live patient calls are located. Below are the URLs used to access each environment:
In order to create a new user account, please reach out to the Implementation Manager on the project.
  1. To process your request, we will need the user’s name and email address.
  2. Our engineering team will then add the user to the system, and the requested user will then receive a randomly generated password via email.
  3. Using the email address and password, they will then be able to log in to the platform, where they will be asked to create a new, unique password in order to keep their account secure.
