Accessing the Chat
- Live Chat can be accessed at any time from the Main Navigation Bar on the far left. You can also access it from the top right of the patient page

From the Patients panel, you can select any patient you’d like to chat with or view the chat history for.
Sending and Receiving Messages
- **Typing Messages: **Use the text box at the bottom to type your message. Patients will receive your message in the same text message thread as the rest of the Program content. To send a message, hit the blue button or simply hit Shift + Enter on your keyboard.

Attachments: Attachments can be sent to and received from patients. Click the attachment button (paperclip) to send a file.

You can download the full chat history with any patient for your records by clicking the icon with the arrow in the cloud.
Disabling Automation
Disabling Automation
At any time, you can disable the platform’s automated responses (the AI Assistant) by selecting the toggle. The platform will automatically disable automation for 20 minutes any time you send a manual message. This allows time for the patient to respond without interruption.
Action Item Visualization

By selecting the Action Items drop-down, you can quickly view all Action Items associated with this patient. Any time a patient message triggers an Action Item, it will be noted in the chat history.

Use the expand/collapse button to hide or show all Action Items and Comments for easier reading.

You can comment on a message to tag colleagues for cross-team collaboration.
