Using the Dashboard

When you log into the Platform, you are brought directly to the dashboard. You can organize and filter this view to prioritize the patients who need your attention most.

Dashboard Organization

The dashboard serves as the central hub for viewing all patients.  5 Pn To efficiently manage your patient list, you can organize the Dashboard by sorting patients using criteria such as Status, First Name, Last Name, and Doctor.
The recommended method is to sort by Status, which brings all patients who require attention (e.g., those with High Concern).

Action Items Page Navigation

From the dashboard, you are able to see patients with action items that need support. The Action Items Page shows all the patient-related tasks that need care team attention—think of this as your centralized “to-do list. 7 Jp
For each Action Item, you’ll see which patient it is for, the severity level, when it was created, the category, and a description.

Filtering and Management

You can use the drop-down filters to organize your tasks.
Filter the page to show only those assigned to you, to everyone, or to a specific care team.
Focus on patients who need your help the most, first.
Organize items by category (e.g., Pre-Op Illness, Feedback Reported).
To quickly resolve an Action Item, click on the check marks in the far-right column.

Resolving  an Individual Action Item

  1. View Details: Click on an individual item to view all the details.
  2. Assignment: If the Action Item requires attention from a different care team member, you can assign it to them to ensure clear responsibility. 
  3. Notification: You can choose to notify the assigned team member by Email or SMS with a simple click.
  4. Save/Resolve: When you are done, either hit “Resolve” to close out the Action Item completely, or “Save” to leave it open but save your changes.
