First-Time Log-In Guide

The Engage platform is accessible through web browsers (we recommend using Chrome for the best experience). Access depends on the environment you are using:
  • Production Environment: The production environment platform.rx.health will be accessed directly through your EHR instance (if applicable) using the Engage add-on.

Password Management

For security, we strongly recommend creating a unique password immediately after your first login.

Changing Your Password

  1. Hover over the left navigation panel.
  2. Look for your name at the very bottom and click on it. (eg. Test User) 2 Pn
  3. You will be directed to the Profile section.
  4. Click on the “Change Password” button to create a unique password and keep your account secure.

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” button directly on the Log In page to initiate the reset process. 4 Pn

Logging Out

When your session is complete, please sign out to protect patient health information in accordance with your organization’s HIPAA requirements:
  1. Navigate and hover over the left panel.
  2. Click on the “Logout” option on the bottom left.
  3. Click “Logout” again on the pop-up window to confirm.
