First-Time Account Activation

The platform can be accessed on a web browser or a mobile device.
  1. You will receive an activation email from [email protected] to set up your login.
  2. Click the “Activate your account” button within the email.
  3. Follow the subsequent prompts to create your secure password.

Changing Your Password

To change your password, navigate to account settings in the menu on the bottom left-hand side of the page. 2 Pn Once you click on the account settings button, an additional menu will appear. From that menu, select “Change Password.” Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your password reset.  3 Pn

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” button directly on the Log In page to initiate the reset process. 4 Pn
You will be redirected to a screen where you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account so the system can send you a password code. The system then sends a secure, time-limited reset link, which you use to create and confirm a brand new password.

Logging Out

When your session is complete, please sign out to protect patient health information in accordance with your organization’s HIPAA requirements:
  1. Navigate and hover over the left lower “Account Settings”.
  2. Click on the “Sign out” option on the bottom left.
