Understanding Patient Data Columns
Dashboards can display a diverse array of information. Some of the most commonly displayed fields are:- Patient Demographics: Name, phone number, MRN (Medical Record Number), CSN, and Date of Birth.
- Appointment Details: Appointment date/time.
- Contextual Data: Department information, language preference, and message status.
Filtering and Searching Data
Depending on your dashboard configuration, you will find a set of filters at the top to help you quickly narrow down the patient population you are viewing. To apply filters, select the search or drop-down menu you would like to use and then click the “Apply Filters” button. To remove the filter in use, select “Remove Filters.”1. Search with Free Text (Magnifying Glass top left)
This option allows users to filter all messages by patient phone number, name, MRN, and CSN, depending on your dashboard’s configuration.Partial Search
Partial Search
Partial names and numbers can be used (e.g., searching “Smi” for “Smith” or the last 4 digits of a phone number “4455” rather than “555-555-4455”).
Search Recommendation
Search Recommendation
Partial searches show all results that contain the search text anywhere in the results. We recommend searching by 3 – 4 characters for more effective and targeted results.
2. Search by Appointment Date
Users can filter messages by date, utilizing the drop-down menu to filter by:- Past/Future messages
- A custom date range
3. Search by Engagement Status
Here, you can filter patients by those who have and have not replied within the workflow to confirm their appointment or engage with the prescribed pathway.
4. Search by Language
Use this filter to identify English and Spanish-speaking patients.
5. Search by Communication Method
You can use this filter to search for patients based on their preferred communication method (SMS or Call).
Attached documents (like Prep instructions or education) and wayfinding links are only supported through the SMS workflow.
