Patient Profile and Communication

You will see a detailed look at the patient’s identifying demographic information, including first and last name, phone number, MRN, email, and date of birth.
Selecting this tab allows two-way communication between the coordinator and the patient.
This section allows coordinators to create notes that are maintained within the patient’s profile. These notes are not sent or viewable by the patient.

Message Timeline

By scrolling down in this window (under the Messages tab), you will see the complete message history for the specific appointment:**Responses: **messages from the system or care coordinators are on the right, while patient responses are on the left
  • Message Status Colors:
    • Blue: Messages that are queued to be sent in the future.
    • Green: Messages that have been sent.
    • Red: Messages that are rejected, canceled, or failed.
      Most Recent messages are found at the top; Oldest messages are at the bottom.
